Dualtron decided to give a second life to this legend by imagining a new re-mastered, more powerful, even better looking and better equipped version: the Dualtron Thunder 2.
The Dualtron Thunder 2 has everything that made the success of the Thunder but, in addition to that, features and equipment it lacked and made it “un-perfect”.
The Dualtron Thunder 2 is even more powerful than the first generation with an insane measured 10080W of peak motors power, supplied by an enormous 72V 40Ah LG cells battery on the PRO version!

The Dualtron Thunder 2 is, to date, one of the most powerful electric kick scooters currently available on the market.
The Thunder 2 is equipped with two motors on the front and the rear capable of delivering 5040W of max output power each, for a total of 10,080W. An impressive power output that will workout the rider’s adrenaline levels.
The two highly performant motors of the Thunder 2 are powered by a 72V 40Ah (84V max) battery composed of LG 21700 cells, amongst the best and highest quality cells on the market. With normal driving conditions (25 km/h speed, 70 kg user, warm temperatures), we expect the Dualtron Thunder 2 to be able to achieve ranges up to 130 km, maybe even more with a “calm” and “smooth” driving style.
The lifespan of the LG 21700 cells is evaluated to up to four years. Please make sure to keep your electric kick scooter in a dry environment to avoid air’s humidity negative influence on the battery. Humidity is your Dualtron Thunder 2 worst enemy.
The Thunder 2 has many exciting features designed to make the rider’s experience as smooth as possible.
A high range electric kick scooter like the Dualtron Thunder 2 needs adequate charging capacities. It is thus equipped with two charging ports. For riders that plan to use two fast chargers in parallel, we recommend to not charge faster than 10A. Dualtron Shop’s custom fast chargers are perfect for that purpose.
The Thunder 2 is a highly smart and connected e-scooter. Indeed, a mobile APP (iOS/Android) is available to you on APP Store and Play Store. The APP gives the rider full control over the scooter with a substantial number of settings (Speed, Acceleration, Braking…).
A powerful electric kick scooter is in some circumstances difficult to drive because the strong accelerations may throw the rider’s body behind. The Thunder 2 is equipped with a perfectly designed foot rest that also serves as high-visibility/stop tail light. The foot rest is very useful during strong accelerations
The Thunder 2 is entirely foldable, including the handlebar for easier storage of the scooter. This model easily fits in most cars trunks once folded.
